Philosphy/Objective
The Oteven Foundation Institute is an institution founded on Christian
principles and committed to the ideology of preparing better leaders for
today and tomorrow.
We believe that the future belongs to those who prepare for it now,
therefore, we encourage students to burn their “mid-night candles” now.
We also believe that in the middle of struggle lies opportunities; During
your educational sojoumn there will be some form of “Struggles” use it as
an opportunities.
The school exists primarily for the purpose of educating students
academically, morally, intellectually, spiritually, and physically to be
upright.
History
Upon his demise in 2017, Oteven Foundation Institute, an astute educator vision of building strong and high quality foundational education that is biblically sound for children and developing early readers and writers in an impoverished country like Liberia turn to a school by his wife and four (4) children.
They championed this dream by turning it into the Oteven Foundation Institute. With the goal to see their late father and husband dream come true, the school opened its door to it first set of students in October 20

On behave of our entire faculty and Staff greetings & welcome to
Oteven Foundation Institute. Our School is amongst the best high school
in Liberia.
I am pleased that you have selected this school as a Place to acquire your
education and I promise we will do our best to make you glad for
selecting Oteven Foundation Institute (O.F.I) as the school of choice.
As you may have known now, the Oteven Foundation Institute family is
eager and concern about your education. We seek to improve Students
education by developing their mental and moral capacities by providing
both secular and biblical knowledge through which they will increase in
wisdom and promoting sound Christian Disciplines and Characters.
This Student handbook contains policy, rules and regulations governing
all students regardless of race, ethnic or religious affiliations. It is my
hope and expectation that you become familiar with the contents and let
your overall attitude by governed accordingly. It is assured that your
time at Oteven Foundation Institute will be stimulating, productive and
rewarding.
For your information, the Oteven Foundation Institute is a friendly
